Plan is "made" by Wiltshire Council

Formal 'making' of the Joint Melksham Neighbourhood Plan 2020 - 2026

Following an independent examination and a positive referendum result, Wiltshire Council have decided to formally 'make' the Joint Melksham Neighbourhood Plan 2020-2026. The Joint Melksham Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the Development Plan for Wiltshire and the policies in the neighbourhood plan will be given full weight when assessing planning applications that affect land covered by the neighbourhood plan.
