Wiltshire Council issue decision statement (end of May 2021)

The Melksham Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group, Melksham Town Council and Melksham Without Parish Council are delighted to announce that Wiltshire Council have issued their Decision Statement following the Independent Examination carried out by Andrew Matheson on the Joint Melksham Neighbourhood Plan 2020-2026. The Council is satisfied that the Neighbourhood Plan, as modified, complies with the legal requirements and meets the Basic Conditions.

The Referendum for the Joint Melksham Neighbourhood Plan will be held on 1st July 2021.
